The wheel hub is a white metal casting and are not a machined finish.
You may need to adjust the hub by removing any excess casting metal and bring it into ’round’ for rolling correctly.
For static display these wheels are fine. Packet will show 338 Camaro also fits 276 Oldsmobile. Both were issued as Corgi Toys replacement wheel code #1352
