A reproduction replacement Dinky Toys 945 AEC Petrol Tanker Esso Sticker Set.

Esso oval on stripes for the sides of the tank and a single “Put a Tiger In Your Tank” for the tank end.

We recommend avoiding finger contact with the adhesive surface as the oils in your skin can affect the adhesion. We suggest you use a small craft knife to gently lift the sticker on to the blade tip and use the blade to help position the sticker onto the model. Do not apply pressure from the middle of the sticker to the edges as that may cause the thin vinyl to stretch and distort. Just get the position correct and gently press down directly, lift your finger, move along the sticker, and press down again. Repeat gently for the length of the sticker. This provides direct contact for the adhesive to the model.

Pre-cut for easy separation and application. I had printed these and photographed when I realised they were too long for an envelope. So the tanker end sticker is now a separate piece from the tanker sides.
