A reproduction Dinky Toys 984 989 Car Carrier Transporter Top Deck.
This is for the common red body and sides with grey ramps or decks. The later issue of 984 was renumbered as 989 with a lemon yellow cab, grey side panels and blue ramps or decks.
Bare metal may require some finishing before painting and fitting to your restoration project.
The cab/chassis is thought to be based on a Thornycroft model. Ref: Richardson The Hornby Companion Vol 4 page 176.
