This Matchbox Moko Lesney B style reproduction box suits the earliest of the issues which was only 48mm long.

The Caterpillar Bulldozer models:

• 18a:  1 7/8″ (~48mm) Long – short tracks – small box with 18 in black on end flap
• 18b: 2″ (~51mm) Long – short tracks – small box with 18 in black on white circle end flap
• 18c: 2 1/4″ (~57mm) Long – long tracks – larger box – 1 image issued as both B & C style boxes
• 18d: 2 3/8″ (~60mm) Long – long tracks – larger box – D style colour box
