The Lincoln Continental was issued in 1964 in an E style box featuring a red car on the front, although it was never issued in this colour. Later issues of the car were in an E style box with the car more appropriately shown in a blue-green colour. Reproductions of both variants of the Matchbox Lesney E style box are available this is the later blue version.
