An empty reproduction replacement box for a Matchbox Lesney Superfast 67 c2 Volkswagen 1600 TL Purple Repro G Box.

There are variations in the artwork colour. This is a darker purple colour and is suited to the purple shades of the model. Another lighter mauve box is available which suits the pink and mauve shades of the model.

The Matchbox Lesney G Style Boxes were the first style of Superfast box. Earlier Superfast boxes were transitional and included a mix of regular wheels and superfast wheel models and labelling.
