A reproduction Triang Spot-On Large Truck Double Wheel Hub & Tyre.

This double width wheel hub and matching tyre suits most of the large Spot-On trucks.The hub is diecast metal and will require some finishing before painting and fitting. The axle hole will require alignment in the hub.

The rear axle or axles on all of the following models use the double with wheel hubs and tyres.

The articulated trucks, like the 106 Austin, 111 Ford Thames, or 158 Tanker, use a single width wheel on the front cab axle only. The second axle of the cab uses the double width wheel.

The rigid body trucks, like the 109 ERF and the 110 AEC tankers and trucks have 4 of the double width wheels on the rear two axles.

The single width wheel are also used on the 156 Mulliner Coach and the 117 Jones Crane front axle. The 4-wheel lorry trailer uses 4 of the single width wheels on the two axles.
