A reproduction Triang Spot-On Large Truck Single Wheel Hub & Tyre.
This single width wheel hub and matching tyre suits most of the large Spot-On trucks. The hub is diecast metal and will require some finishing before painting and fitting.
The articulated trucks, like the 106 Austin, 111 Ford Thames, or 158 Tanker, use this wheel on the front cab axle only. They are also used on the 156 Mulliner Coach and the 117 Jones Crane front axle. The 4-wheel lorry trailer uses 4 of these wheels.
The rigid body trucks, like the 109 ERF and the 110 AEC tankers and trucks have 4 of these wheels on the forward two axles.
The rear axle or axles on all of these models use the double width wheel hubs and tyres.
