USA Postage and Tariffs

For our USA customers, RecoverToy is open for posting to the USA again.

We have through Australia Post and Zonos a process for paying the new 10% tariff on exports to the USA.

That said, we have only sent around 10 small packets this week and have yet to get any feedback from our customers on the delivery completion.

We do expect some delay at US Customs as they are apparently required to cross-check every inbound packet to the US.

So at this time we are hopefully that the process works smoothly.

Customers using our eBay stores may see a banner on our listings that reads “Due to US customs policies, the buyer of this item will need to pay import fees to the carrier prior to delivery. ” This is not correct as this tariff setup has been placed on the exporter from Australia and not the importer at the US end.

Unless there is something else that we are not aware of, there should be no additional charge or fee for any USA customer.
