RecoverToy Postage

For our USA customers, RecoverToy is open for posting to the USA again. We have through Australia Post and Zonos a process for paying the new 10% tariff on exports to the USA. That said, we have only sent around 10 small packets this week and have yet to get any feedback from our customers on the delivery completion. We are still pending any shipments to the USA. The Australia Post process was introduced in late September and we tested it with 3 packets. All 3 were returned with no explanation other than 'Invalid' which is less than useless for debugging whatever we did wrong. We have suspended all USA deliveries and orders during September 2025 while we sort out the processes to collect and remit the required tariffs. Australia Post have now integrated with a tariff process and we are now able to ship to the USA again.
