We are still pending any shipments to the USA. The Australia Post process was introduced in late September and we tested it with 3 packets. All 3 were returned with no explanation other than ‘Invalid’ which is less than useless for debugging whatever we did wrong.
We then pursued a number of changes and discussions with Zonos, the tariff processor, and hopefully we now have the bugs sorted. Before we recommence general post we have lodged another USA packet as a further test last week. We are now waiting for customs clearance to confirm that it will work.
Hopefully by late October we will return to normal USA post. Thanks to all our USA customers for your patience.
